Coach Strongman Stratton—a 1st place Strongman winner and 5th Strongest Teen in America with a passion for teaching kids! 💪🏆 He is passionate about teaching kids, keeping them engaged, motivated, and having a blast while learning real Strongman skills. Most importantly, he makes strength training fun, safe, and confidence-boosting for every young athlete!
Optional Competitions (local) are offered after some sessions! When competitions are not available we will host a small in-house “competition” during the last class. The kids absolutely LOVE the competitions, they are high energy and confident boosting! Perfect for all levels – even our brand new kids have placed on the podium!
Parents can stay connected by watching the action on a video monitor from our upstairs viewing area. While your child enjoys their learning experience, feel free to relax and stop by our health bar for a smoothie!

Attire: Comfortable athletic clothes & tennis shoes
