Parents can stay connected by watching the action on a video monitor from our upstairs viewing area. While your child enjoys their learning experience, feel free to relax and stop by our health bar for a smoothie!
Our coaches and assistants bring a wealth of experience from coaching various sports. They are fantastic with kids and most importantly, they know how to make learning fun and engaging.
Focus Skills:
This program is designed to introduce a variety of sports skills such as:
- Basketball: Dribbling, passing, and shooting.
- Football: Throwing, catching, and teamwork.
- Soccer: Dribbling, passing, and goal-scoring.
- Volleyball: Coordination and basic skills.
- Agility & Coordination: Building balance, speed, and control.
- Strength Training: Fun and safe activities to build confidence and muscle.

This is great for for beginners or those with less than one year of experience in a recreational sports. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where both boys and girls can be introduced to the basics of sports in a fun and supportive setting.
