Are you ready to tumble into fun and fitness? Our Tumbling Basics Skill Session is specifically designed for brand new and beginner students who want to learn foundational tumbling skills in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Whether your child dreams of mastering their first cartwheel or building the strength for kickovers, we’re here to help them achieve their goals step by step.

Classes are held in our Studio B, equipped with sprung wood flooring and lots of mats, we have the perfect setup for learning new tumbling skills and building strength. The space offers plenty of room for focused attention from our coaches.

Our coaching philosophy is rooted in positivity and encouragement, ensuring that every session is upbeat and focused on maximizing playtime. We aim to build confidence in your athlete by providing a safe space to try new skills and make new friends

Focus Skills:

Our Tumbling Basics curriculum covers a range of essential beginner skills, including:

  • Forward and Backward Rolls: Building spatial awareness and control.
  • Handstands: Developing balance, strength, and body positioning.
  • Cartwheels: Mastering this foundational tumbling skill.
  • Bridges and Kickovers: Gaining flexibility and building strength for future tumbling progressions.
  • Safety Rolls and Landings: Learning proper technique to ensure safe and effective movement.

EASY ONLINE REGISTRATION

Only $69 for the 6-week Session / No GymKix Membership Required

(Includes one 45-minute class per week for 6 weeks)

Sessions Offered: Spring, Summer, Fall, & Winter

Next 6-week Session: January 9th – February 13th

GymKix is closed on Friday, Oct. 31st for Halloween so this session is 7-weeks this time)

Class Date/Time:

5-6 yrs: Friday / 5:45 – 6:30 pm

7-10 yrs: Friday / 6:30 – 7:15 pm

Attire: Comfortable athletic clothes & bare feet

(No specialty uniform/shoes required)

Please have hair pulled away from the face.
